With over 27 years of legal experience, Mark Fang is a seasoned attorney specializing in business disputes, intellectual property rights enforcement, and employment law. A dedicated advocate for justice, Mr. Fang has built a reputation for effectively securing his clients’ rights and interests across a wide range of complex legal matters.

Admitted to the California Bar in 1998, Mr. Fang is licensed to practice before all California State Courts, all Federal District Courts in California, and the United States Tax Court. His commitment to the legal community is reflected in his leadership roles, including serving as a Director of the Ventura County Bar Association and the Ventura County Asian American Bar Association (VCAABA), where he is a former President and current Director.
